Evelyn J. Hallford, M.Ed., BA, AS

Founder of Ecore Wellness | Integrative & Regenerative Medicine Advocate

Evelyn Hallford is the Founder of Ecore Wellness, a premier integrative and regenerative medicine clinic dedicated to root-cause healing, advanced recovery, and longevity optimization. With a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Master’s in Education, Evelyn combines a strong scientific foundation with a passion for patient empowerment and education.

Her journey into integrative medicine began after personally overcoming Lyme disease and cancer, experiences that led her to embrace advanced therapies such as EBOO (Extracorporeal Blood Oxygenation & Ozonation), stem cell therapy, peptides, IV therapies and naturopathic medicine. Today, she is recognized for bringing cutting-edge treatments to Southern California, serving both individuals navigating chronic illness and high-performing individuals seeking next-level wellness and performance.

Prior to founding Ecore Wellness, Evelyn served as a paramedic and EMS instructor, where she cultivated a deep understanding of traditional emergency medicine. This background uniquely positions her to bridge conventional and functional medicine—helping patients not only heal but thrive.

As a speaker, educator, and entrepreneur, Evelyn is passionate about transforming the way we view health—moving from symptom management to true cellular restoration. She has been featured in regional publications for her leadership in regenerative medicine and continues to partner with medical professionals to advance innovative care models.

When she’s not guiding patients or building her clinic, Evelyn enjoys mentoring others in health entrepreneurship and sharing her vision for a more empowered, holistic approach to healing and longevity.

Dr. Dawna Sweeney, ND

Conditions Treated: Gut Health, Hormonal Imbalance, Autoimmune Disease, IBS

Dr. Sweeney came to naturopathic medicine as a way to blend her love of nature, science, and helping others.   She began as a research scientist in molecular biology but became disenchanted with the limited approach of conventional science. She then obtained her doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine and learned how to restore health through a more comprehensive and vitalistic approach that takes into account mind, body and soul and a deep reverence for the body’s ability to heal itself.

Dr. Sweeney is passionate about addressing the root cause of symptoms with individualized dietary recommendations, homeopathy, herbs, craniosacral therapy, and evidence-based supplementation. When she is not helping patients, she enjoys whale watching with her daughter, camping, and working in her garden.
